The Arima Philatelic Culture Musuem exhibits Japanese stamps from every era, including precious hand-engraved stamps from the foundation of the Japanese Post Office in 1871. Here, visitors can enjoy the depth of philatelic culture, from the attraction of stamps to the fascination collectors have with them.
