Hyogo Prefecture features many places boasting beautiful natural scenery. Among these is one spot that I'd like to recommend: Kurotaki Waterfall. It's located in Miki, a city located halfway between Himeji and Kobe.

Kurotaki Waterfall, with a drop of 4 meters and a width of 30 meters, is situated among the lush greenery and flowing waters of the Mino River. As beautiful as a miniature version of North America's Niagara Falls, it may seem artificial, but this waterfall is a true wonder of nature.

When you visit Kurotaki, why not drop by Yamada Nishiki no Sato? There, in addition to a eating at a restaurant featuring dishes made with local ingredients and browsing a shop selling specialties from this region, you can take a dip in a hot spring open all day long!
